Vaccines you definitely need

As there is still some confusion about vaccines ("Do we need them? Or should we rather take a chance of dying from the diseases they prevent") I present here for your enterainment a table from a nice presentation:

"Annual Morbidity" is how many people died got infected fell ill per year from that disease. "Reported Cases" is how many people got the disease in 2006.

Trust me: anything you might imagining in your wildest dreams that you would get from vaccines ("weaken the overall immune system", "make someone autistic", or anything else you want to believe) is far far far better than the diseases they prevent. Far better.

You don't want Smallpox.
You don't want Diphtheria.
You don't want Measles.
You don't want Mumps.
You don't want Pertussis.
You don't want Polio.
You don't want Rubella.
You don't want Tetanus.

And don't tell me you want that your loved ones get ANY of those diseases – what are you, some kind of monster?

Alas, with the modern vaccines like the ones against influenza or HPV, for me the picture is anything but that clear.

Comments are moderated, because I am tired of Gerwyn-V99-The-Idiot and his moronic sockpuppets, and tired of the story of the two dogs, but I will try to publish everything else.

If you are not Gerwyn (and want to tell me something other than the story of the two dogs), then relax and write something! :-)
